What is the data center's power infrastructure like?

The power system has a 2N configuration. Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and generators provide full protection against power outages, so your servers are not affected by grid-related interruptions.

How does the cooling system work?

N+1 redundant precision air conditioning units are used. Temperature and humidity are kept under control 24/7, and environmental conditions are maintained even if one cooling unit goes offline.

How is physical security ensured?

There is biometric access control, a card-based entry system and 24/7 security personnel. Indoor and outdoor CCTV camera systems retain recordings for 90 days and offer live viewing.

What fire safety systems are in place?

An FM-200 gas-based fire suppression system, a VESDA early warning system and automatic fire detection sensors are used.
