Sending commercial messages requires the recipient's prior consent (Turkish Law No. 6563); where applicable, İYS registration is the responsibility of the sending business. To protect your number, only message people who know you, use the wait interval in campaigns and start with low volume on a new number.

Questions you might have

Is Nerzen WP Meta's official WhatsApp Business API?
No. Nerzen WP is independent software that lets you connect your own number to the panel using WhatsApp's "Linked devices" feature; it has no official partnership with Meta or WhatsApp. This means you don't deal with business verification, template approval or per-conversation fees, and you use it on a fixed monthly plan.
Which number are the messages sent from?
From your own number. The WhatsApp account you scan the QR code with (regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, either works) becomes the sender; your customers see you from the number they already have saved, and replies come back to the same number.
Does my phone need to stay on and connected to the internet?
No. Thanks to WhatsApp's multi-device architecture, the session runs on our servers. If you don't open WhatsApp on your phone for more than 14 days, linked devices may be logged out; opening it now and then is enough.
Is there a risk of my number getting banned?
WhatsApp may restrict unsolicited and bulk messages based on reports and behavioral signals; this risk exists with every sending tool, and the user is responsible for the number. To reduce the risk, only message people who know you and have given consent, use a 15–30 second interval in campaigns, start with low volume on a new number and personalize your messages.
What should I keep in mind when sending commercial messages?
Under Turkish Law No. 6563, sending commercial electronic messages requires the recipient's prior consent; where applicable, registration with the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (İYS) is the responsibility of the sending business. That is why Google Lead Finder does not allow sending a message to any business until a consent note has been entered.
How does the free trial work?
